Thank you for shopping at Pixie Pressies and Twisted Trinkets! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time All orders are processed within [2–5] business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time of [3–6] business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States (Please note delivery times are not always accurate, this is an estimate):
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $8 or free on orders over $70
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): $15
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow about 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. (Please note tracking may take longer than 24-48 hours, this is just an estimate.)
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at pressonsbypiya@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
